Toothsome is a new London-based but international magazine about food and everything around it, including visual essays, interviews, lists, reflections and poetry.
Offering a, slightly offbeat take on food the magazine is split between restaurant coverage on one side and home cooking on the other. The publisher says, 'We are not here to dictate what or where people eat; instead we’re more interested in how food shapes the way we live. From the design of a table to the awkwardness of hosting, from fermentation to poetry, we see food as a way of understanding culture, history, and design – not just something you consume.'
