Please email us before you order to help us arrange more cost-efficient shipping. If you order from inside the EU you may now be charged tax in your country. We are currently searching for a VAT IOSS solution to integrate with our own e-commerce, so for now orders are supplied under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning that you will be charged VAT at point of delivery. Sustainable packaging
All orders are packaged in heavy grade recycled paper Jiffy Green mailers. If further protection is required we use recyclable polypropylene or compostable NatureFlex™ cellulose film. Our in-store carrier bags are biodegradable.
