Spaceplates is a new study that documents the encounter between three people – Anne Bagger, Anne Romme and Ion Sørvin, known as the N55 collective, and their shared interest in creating new spaces for inhabitation.
Rather than working in isolated disciplines, this trio of engineer, architect and artist have collaborated across all aspects of a project, each contributing distinct professional experiences and perspectives. Together, they ask the question: What does it mean to build sustainably today?
This book explores one possible answer to that question, grounded in a single, far-reaching project. At its heart lies a fascination with geometry as a generative tool for understanding and shaping the world.
