In our early days at Magalleria, one magazine stood out as a perfect example of the 21st century magazine, one that was collectable, with high production values and a long-shelf life. Even if you had to call it a fashion magazine it was pleasingly hard to pin down. It also didn't take itself too seriously. It was called PLEASE! and it came from France. And then after 13 years it went away. Sob.
The good news is that PLEASE! is back. And more good news is that it hasn't changed either – we'll go with the publisher's description because it's spot on: 'tongue-in-cheek and sophisticated... with an innovative, feminine and irreverent vision on fashion, accessories and jewelry'.
