This is the second edition of Oriol Maspons Ibiza, a collection of the late Spanish photographer's images of a largely now-vanished Ibiza.
Oriol Maspons played an important role in the renewal of photographic language in Spain in the 1950s and 1960s. He worked in many fields: reportage, portraiture, fashion and advertising but, when he was not working, when he was, as he was, in Ibiza every summer from the late 1960s to late 1980s, he took pictures for pleasure – of pleasure, for pleasure.
