Wall of Sound is a collection of works by Okataoka, a Japanese illustrator whose work has appeared in
POPEYE and BRUTUS, as well as advertising, clothing brand and music labels.
Here he uses his favourite songs (Neil Young, Spitz, Yo La Tengo, Kacey Johansing, Khruangbin, Kings of Convenience, Yumi Arai and others) to inspire his decoration of blank 7” and 12” record sleeves – basically canvases for his drawings.
