Is there a crazier magazine than GUT?
According to its creators (Ami Evelyn Hughes and Georgia Kemball) GUT serves as a space to celebrate the instinctual, clumsy and raw. And at first glance this is a magazine that might appear an unsophisticated revel in vintage pornography, bad teeth, good and bad historical art, euro trash, embroidery, obesity, magik, devil worship and much more. It takes a fairly tutored eye to discern the anarchy and informed darkness at play here. Professional photographers have remarked to us how much they would love to have the freedom of expression that runs amok in these pages, and it's easy to see why.
GUT is usually gone in a puff of smoke so get your skates on if you want to bag a new release.
