Our orders are supplied under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning that you will be charged VAT at point of delivery by UPS or DHL rather than at checkout. It is not additional tax. We do not refund orders where delivery has been refused.

We use sustainable materials offering the most effective protection for your magazine. All orders are packaged in heavy grade recycled paper Jiffy Green mailers sealed with Kraft paper tape. If further protection is required we use recyclable polypropylene display bags or Jiffy Ocean Green Brown mailers. Large orders are sent in heavy duty double wall cardboard cartons. Our in-store carrier bags are made of paper and biodegradable, compostable standard EN13432 plastic. Where practical we recycle any clean packing material.
