Photographer Milo Reid's book Are We Always Outside collects 33 images created from photographic expeditions around the UK over the last seven years.
Drawn from a wide range of landscapes and terrains, they reflect the artist's view of the natural world which aims to represent nature in its most untouched and abundant form through to its interweaving with human mediation and management.
The symbol on the book's cover is a polar graph with lines plotting the sun’s path over the course of a year. It represents the sun’s role in sustaining life inside and outside the spaces we create for shelter and encourages us to examine our place in the order of nature.
