The Whitney Review of New Writing is a new tabloid or A3-sized biannual journal looking put new energy into the literary journal with a focus on new writing to provide, in their words, 'a bold expansion of literary criticism'.
It's published by Whitney Mallett (Pin-Up, Editorial and Gayletter) and tackles a wide range of material. It's not anti-long form but recognises that not everyone wants to read sprawling articles, particularly in this genre.
