Focusing on a different city each issue, Austrian Anna Sarcletti created Salt & Wonder with a feed of global contributors. Expertly and softly designed, with mounds of wonderful photography, with a focus on new coffee shops, bars and restaurants. It is a down-to-earth exploration of the people who take risks and survive, and also a good opportunity to nosey at what they bring to the table – and what it tastes like too. Excellent fusion of food and travel.
