Cooking with Scorcese is a lo-fi homage to both food and film from London concept store and alternative press publisher Hato.
All three volumes celebrate how we eat in relation to where we are, although the material here is collated from the cinematic world of Martin Scorcese and presented in all its guises with a slant towards the communal, including 'Iron-cooked ham and cheese sandwiches, cailles en sarcophagi, explosive pissing beef balls', a kind of food that is 'low, high, accessible, obscure, comical.'
