Cornucopia's strapline Turkey for connoisseurs is apt but off-putting. This slim but heavyweight bi-annual on Turkey and Turkish culture is opulent and erudite for sure, but we think it has something for everyone. In fact it's so intoxicating that when you open it you'll fall headlong into it.
It is, according to Tyler Brule's description, a cross between World of Interiors and National Geographic, with a gentle Turkic twist. That's pretty much captures the flavour, with some very fine writing and historical detail to go with it. Cornucopia has been published since 1992 and why it's not better known beats us.
