Vogue Italia is in our opinion the pick of the Vogue stable and one of the most satisfying fashion magazines available (at least until Condé Nast moved to shared content between its US and European titles). It's also an important enforcer in keeping a major focus on Milan's superiority in the fashion world.
Formerly Novita & Vogue, the magazine has been published as Vogue Italia since 1966 under its first editor-in-chief Franco Sartori. Under the innovative and controversial Franca Sozzani, Vogue Italia went to the forefront of global publishing. Following her early death in 2016 the magazine has been helmed by Emanuele Farnetti, under whom the magazine was redesigned in 2017.
